The Northwest Pacific coastline of Colombia is home to some of the finest fishing in the world. From March to June, anglers have the chance to witness the spectacular sardine migrations, attracting species like Pacific Sailfish, Yellowfin Tuna, Cuberra Snapper, Amberjack, Tarpon, Roosterfish and more. This time of year is an inshore anglers dream as bait-balls are pushed to the surface and techniques such as fly fishing, popping, and jigging, live baiting and trolling are all possible.
During the inshore season, Whale Sharks, Whales and Dolphins often feed in close proximity to the boat, adding to the experience.
For offshore enthusiasts, trolling offshore can be just as rewarding. Just a few miles from shore, the waters teem with pelagic species such as Blue and Black Marlin, Sailfish, Mahi’s, and Tuna, providing an unforgettable backdrop where jungle meets the Ocean. The months of October, November, December, and January are particularly popular for offshore fishing, as sea currents attract a plethora of prized species.
